For over a decade, we've been helping kids build confidence and discipline through our karate programs.

What to expect from a class:

Non-Stop Fun: We aim to keep kids moving and build their balance, co-ordination and strength through fun games and drills

friendly Coaches: Our coaches know exactly how to challenge every child at their level while making sure they feel confident, safe, and supported every step of the way.

Life Skills: we believe that martial arts is not just about punching or kicking, it's about developing important life skills like discipline, confidence and respect.

What's the Minimum Age to Participate?

Our kids programs start from 5 years old through to 12, but we also offer Teens, Adults and Family Clases.

What Do They Need To Wear?

For their first session, Kids can wear anything they feel comfortable to move in and will be barefoot during the class. If they decide to continue they will receive a uniform

How long is a Class?

Classes run for 50mins

When do Classes Run?

Our Kids Classes Run at 5:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as 9:30am on Saturdays. We also have our all ages family classes Mon-Thurs at 6:30pm and Saturday and 10:30am
